On November 24, 2024, the Mexico-Israel Cultural Institute give the "Mexico-Israel Cultural Institute" award to the artist Fernando M. Díaz.

This award is given to personalities who have contributed to Mexico-Israel relations within the field of Art, Culture, Science, Technology and Communication, in order to strengthen the bonds of friendship between Mexico and Israel.
